Remote OTA and revenue support for independent hotels
More bookings from the OTAs you already pay commission to.
I help boutique and independent hotels get more from Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda and Trip.com. 15+ years in hospitality, including 9 years in OTA and hotel distribution, from Trip.com and OYO to 5 star resort revenue management.
Results from both sides of the booking
I worked inside the OTAs first, then ran revenue for hotels that sell on them.
- 16 months
- Ranked #1 in room revenue at a 5 star resort in Vung Tau
- 43 to 60%
- OTA share of room revenue, 2024 to 2025
- 8 to 20%
- Listing conversion for freelance hotel clients, with occupancy up from 30% to 60%
- +30
- OTA ranking positions gained, 20 to 30 levels within 2 months
- Experience with
- Trip.com (Ctrip)
- OYO
- Vias Hotels & Resorts

Former Trip.com Market Manager and OYO Senior Country OTAs Manager, then hotel revenue manager.
Asian travelers
I know how Chinese and Southeast Asian guests search and book.

What I take off your plate
Most independent hotels have nobody whose job is the OTAs. I take that work over and report back every month.
- Listing optimization
- Photos, room content, facilities and policies rebuilt room by room, on each OTA you sell on.
- Rates and availability
- Pricing, restrictions and inventory managed in your channel manager, using compset data.
- Rate parity
- Your prices checked across channels and your own website, so no channel sells below the rate you meant.
- Ranking and visibility
- Promotions, programs and review replies that move your hotel up the search results.
- Asian source markets
- Trip.com and Asia focused channels set up and grown, to reach Chinese and Southeast Asian travelers.
- Monthly reporting
- A clear monthly report on revenue, ADR, occupancy, channel mix and next month's actions.

Questions hotels ask first
Do you need my passwords?
Never. You add me as a user on each OTA extranet and in your channel manager, and you can remove me at any time.
Will you change my rates without asking?
No. I propose rate, restriction and promotion changes and you approve them first. Once we agree rules and floor rates, routine updates follow those rules.
Which channel manager do you work with?
The one your hotel already uses. I manage inventory and rates in it. Moving to a new channel manager is not part of the monthly packages.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. I suggest three months to judge results fairly, because ranking and conversion take time to move.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Revenue, ranking and reviews depend on the market, the property and the OTAs themselves. What I commit to is the work, the reply times and a clear report every month.
What size of hotel do you work with?
Mainly independent and boutique hotels, B&Bs and serviced apartments, from 10 to 120 rooms, anywhere in the world. I adapt to your time zone.
